Shipping & Returns
First Class Mail
All orders will be shipped within 1 business day and orders received over the weekend/holidays will be shipped the next available business day. An email confirmation containing the order, recipe, and tracking number will be sent via email upon completion of the transaction and the order being received.
For orders in the United States, First-Class Mail will involve USPS starting at $2.95 and will arrive in 3-5 business days.
Orders of $70 or more will receive complimentary shipping.
Priority Mail
We offer 1-3 day priority shipping for fees starting at $6.95, and the option must be selected at checkout. Shipping will mainly take place via USPS.
Shipping To Europe/Mexico
Shipping to Europe will take approximately 7-18 business days and will cost a flat rate of $10 USD, any order over $70 will receive free shipping.
Shipping to Mexico will take approximately 3-10 business days and will cost a flat rate of $6 USD.
Return & Exchange Policy
Ferruva offers complementary returns and exchanges for any item that you would like to return. Please contact our customer care center with your name and order number, and we will gladly send you a pre-paid shipping label.
Articles are accepted for refund, credit, or exchange in the U.S. if they are returned new and unused, with the tags attached within 30 days. Articles returned must be attached with their respective sales recipe or order form. Ferruva will not accept any returns if there are signs of wear and tear, use or the item has been altered from its original form. Please visit our Terms of Sale for more information on disputes resolution and preference of law, if a return is denied by Ferruva and it's associates, parent company or affiliates.
We recommend keeping a record of your return tracking label, which will be provided with the pre-paid shipping label.
Ferruva cannot accept returns for articles that are special order, personalized and made-to-order due to the nature of the article and its originality/cost.
